While the EPSRC Principles focus on robots as multifunctional technical devices their human producers and users are responsible and liable for, the STOA project Making Perfect Life defines policy recommendations for computer systems that act as human-like communication partners and surveillants, and the MEESTAR model is devised to guide the ethical assessment of socio-technical systems in concrete application scenarios.
